Hello. My name is Danielle Berryessa. I am a sophomore here at SOU. I am originally from San Diego, but moved to southern Oregon in middle school and lived in Medford. I have one younger sister that is 16 and we are very close. I am also on the cheer team here at SOU as well. I am here studying Elementary Education in hopes that i will become a first grade teacher. I'm also getting my special education endorsement because I am wanting to work with special education students as well. I have always loved children, so i knew from an early age that I wanted to become a teacher. I want to teach first grade because i believe it is one of the most critical grades in elementary school.
